Our Approach to Appointment Scheduling
Capone Dental sets aside dedicated appointment time for every patient who visits our Gate City, VA office, and that time is reserved specifically for you the moment your appointment is booked. We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, and emergencies, work obligations, and family commitments can occasionally make it necessary to miss a scheduled visit. At the same time, cancelling or missing an appointment without enough notice keeps that reserved time from being offered to another patient who may be waiting to be seen.
To keep our schedule running fairly and efficiently for everyone, appointments cancelled with less than one business day’s notice are subject to a $50 fee, which is applied directly to the patient’s account and is not covered by insurance. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you contact our office as early as possible whenever you need to reschedule.
